“The Quality is Exceptional and the Prices are
I am more than satisfied with the cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and molding I ordered from kitchenreface.com. The quality is exceptional and the prices are very competitive. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. Overall, I saved thousands of dollars doing the kitchen myself and will be using Kitchen Reface in the future to improve other cabinets in my home. I would highly recommend this product.
“With KR, we saved around $1,700.00”
We are really very pleased with the result. We sanded the stiles and rails, primed and painted with Kitchen Reface enamel paint to match. Added doors and drawers and all went up as planned. I measured the doors, per KR suggestion, to increase the length and width a bit with really awesome results.
Thanks for a great, uncomplicated project.
We had quotes in the $6,500 to $8,500 range for a refacing project. With KR, we saved a great deal from our order—around $1,700.00!
Berkshire and Claybourne combo in a Gallery Kitchen. “The result was fabulous! It came out beyond our expectations.”
Hello, I have attached some photos of the “before & after” for my Kitchen makeover. I am from Canada and we requested an order for the Berkshire with maple frames because of out-of-climate conditions.
I have a small gallery kitchen, the cabinet doors were replaced with the Berkshire, and we used the Clayborne panels for the front of the counter top. The result was fabulous! It came out beyond our expectations, the two types of cabinets compliment each other extremely well. I also wanted to comment on the quality of the cabinets as we were impressed with that, being in Canada there were closer opportunities for buying but . . .
I have received numerous inquires from friends, relatives, and neighbors who are extremely impressed with our cabinets and the outcome of our project. It took just 3 days to install the doors and the panels on the front of the counter top. The result was beyond our expectations in many ways, the savings from refacing allowed us to purchase a beautiful granite counter top.
The project is about 85% complete, we still have painting and light fixtures to install and once that is done I will try to send you a photo from a different angle to show you the Clayborne cabinets covering the front of our granite counter top, with the Berkshire cabinets in the background. We have a small order in checkout with your company for a couple of doors which are needed to finish the project, one will be used as a cover to go over the dishwasher. If the attached pictures are worthy of your website please let me know, we will send you some more photos once we receive the additional doors to finish.
If you could, would you be willing to approve maple frames for the order currently in place that is ready for checkout? The order is for additional four doors, valued $200. This has been a great success story for us, thank you and your company for everything!

“New cabinets made all the difference . . .”
We replaced our dated cabinets with the materials we purchased from your company. We were a little apprehensive about doing this, being unexperienced, but after viewing the video on how to do this we decided to go all out.
The doors were exactly as ordered , size wise and color. The veneer looks just like the color of the doors. The boxes on our old cabinets are very sturdy and after covering them, they looked great. When we added the doors, everything looked even better.
The old cabinets have been in the kitchen for 43 years and the new cabinets made all the difference in the world. As far as we are concerned your products and the help your people gave us was first class.
“I believe that we saved $3000-$5000.”
I believe that we saved $3,000- $5,000. In addition to being less expensive, I found that KitchenReface.com had a more intricate door front. Specifically, KitchenReface.com was the only company I was able to find that had doors with molding and glaze detail. One of the reasons why we decided to go with refacing and not refinishing was that we wanted a higher quality door design (not a simple or plain door front) and that was something that KitchenReface.com was able to provide.
We also bought doors for our downstairs powder room and laundry room. It really did not add much cost to our project and allowed us to have more of a complete renovation of the downstairs.
We are extremely happy with our project. The style of the door, quality of the door and quality of the hinges all surpassed our expectations.
Thanks so much,
“Everything just works and fits perfectly.”
I’ve been so impressed with the quality and ease-of-installation of KitchenReface that I’ve used your products to remodel three kitchens now! I’m blown away by the quality of construction. Dimensions are spot on, joints are tight, colors are consistent. Everything just works and fits perfectly.
The website has been a great tool for ordering and pricing. But the time or two I’ve needed to talk to someone, customer service was outstanding.
“We didn’t need to hire outside help.”
The coffee bar here at the office was in dire need of some improvements. KitchenReface made the entire project, from start to finish, so simple that we didn’t need to hire outside help.
The ordering process was painless. We took some measurements, ordered online and received doors and drawer fronts that fit perfectly. A couple of employees came in and installed them on a Saturday, and Monday morning we were all greeted with this beautiful new coffee bar.
Thanks for a fantastic product.
“The cabinets are absolutely gorgeous.”
Here are the before and after shots of my daughter’s kitchen. It was an outdated kitchen first done in 1989. It is now a gorgeous, and very desirable kitchen that shows off beautifully. The cabinets are absolutely gorgeous and she and her husband couldn’t be more thrilled. The best part is the price! The total kitchen redo came to $2200 which includes cabinet doors, granite tile cabinets, glass and tiled backsplash. The cabinet install took in total 3 days. I’m 64 years old so that’s pretty darn good! Friends and family are completely fooled by the fact of the cabinets being refaced instead of replaced! Thank you so much Kitchen Reface!
“The savings were in the 60% range.”
Very Satisfied! Completed 1st powder room makeover in January, which gave me confidence to order and complete our larger hall bath project this month. The quality of KR’s door, drawers, molding, side panels and even the paint is excellent! We had our kitchen cabinets refaced a year ago. I asked the same company for quotes to reface our bathrooms and that’s when I found your web site and decided to try doing the powder room myself, as the savings were in the 60% range.
My only minor complaint was not fully understanding how you need various size hinges to accommodate the door over lay to achieve the newer frameless door look. The web site advises that 1/2″ hinges are already included and this is the most common overlay used. Which is probably true for the older look, where the cabinet is exposed. When I received my 1st order, I found out I needed larger 1 1/2″ overlay hinges for the doors I ordered. I discovered that my kitchen installers used, Blum Compact 33 series (2 piece hinges), which allow for fine tuning adjustments up to an 1/8 inch. KR web site didn’t show having the Blum 33 series available. I was able to find them on Cabinetparts.com, which also had an excellent video going into greater detail on measuring hinge overlays for the frameless look.
I will be ordering from KR again soon to complete our master bathroom project.
“A reface was a perfect solution for us.”
I was thrilled to find a site where I could purchase all of the material I needed to reface our kitchen cabinets. I compared prices & found yours to be the most reasonable. Our cabinets were from 1992, well made but showing their age, a reface was a perfect solution for us. I found your site very user friendly and helpful in entering door and drawer front sizes while keeping a running total of the items in the cart.
Our order arrived as promised through FEDEX free shipping, with absolutely no damage! The doors and drawer fronts were wrapped seperately in foam packaging & the boxes were heavy duty cardboard. Even the large end panels were safe. I was impressed!
I would like to say We love our new kitchen and are impressed with the quality of the materials and the excellent service.
Thanks again for our new kitchen, you do a GREAT job at your factory allowing me to so the same in my home.
“Thanks again for such a high quality product.”
We wanted to update our master bathroom, but after checking prices on new vanities, didn’t think it would be possible. Then we found Kitchen Reface. We ordered the sample door and were very impressed! We placed our order, and in approximately two weeks the order arrived. Not one flaw or mistaken measurement in any piece. We painted the vanity with the matching paint we ordered, and installed the doors and drawer fronts the next day. That was the easiest part of the project! We couldn’t be more pleased and would definitely use Kitchen Reface again.
Only one down side… the vanities look so nice now we’ll have to paint the walls!
Thanks again for such a high quality product. Looking forward to using you again in the future!
“Modern, fresh and very elegant.”
I bought a townhouse as investment. The kitchen cabinets looked quite dated. I bought new kitchen cabinets from kitchenreface.com, new veneer to reface the cabinets and new panels.
The quality of the new doors, veneer, panels and hinges is very high. The measures were perfect. Only one door had a small problem (hinges on the wrong side) but Kitchen reface immediately replaced it and sent me a new one.
Installing the veneer is not difficult but takes some time. I would suggest to buy in excess.
At the end the kitchen looked modern, fresh and very elegant.
Thank you KitchenReface!
“The biggest bang for our buck came from Kitchenreface.com.”
I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the fit and finish of the cabinet doors. They are exceptionally well made and the finish is as nice or nicer than on other custom cabinetry. The upgraded Blum hinges are exceptionally high quality and easy to adjust. We also went with the Blum soft close mechanisms which gives the doors an even more modern feel.
As promoted on the site, the Berkshire paint is a perfect match to the doors.
The moldings are exceptionally high quality lumber and very well molded. I would discourage anyone from “cheaping out” and painting their own, as the glaze detail in the molding is one of the nicest features in our kitchen now.
In conclusion…for around $1000 our kitchen was completely transformed, and in conjunction with our new countertops our kitchen project went from a mere update to a the appearance of a full remodel. No one has believed these were our original oak builder-grade cabinets. We put in new appliances, new countertops, new floors, and new lighting, but easily the biggest bang for our buck came from Kitchenreface.com. I look forward to tackling our bathroom cabinets with Kitchenreface.com’s products in the future.
Thanks again for your wonderful product, prompt service, and easy to use website.

“We saved thousands of dollars.”
Our kitchen with its pickled oak cabinets opened to our formal living room which has a lot of dark wood. Since the cabinets were in good shape and we just wanted a facelift we looked for an affordable solution. We were very pleased with the samples we ordered and decided to go ahead with the project using Kitchen Reface products. The quality of the cabinet doors, drawers and trim is excellent. We are retired and decided to take our time and do just a few doors and drawers each day. Within a week we were finished and are just thrilled with the results. We saved thousands of dollars and the satisfaction of doing it ourselves was very rewarding!
“We were so pleased with the ease of the ordering…”
We were so pleased with the ease of the ordering procedure, the products and the results!
I was so excited to find such a great website that allowed us to purchase high quality wood cabinets with very stylish finish! The ordering procedure was so simple: all you need to do is choosing the cabinet you like and measure the size of your doors. You don’t have to go through so many steps as on some other websites: choosing wood, style, finish and size, etc (you wouldn’t be able to see how the final door looks like online and you wouldn’t be able to know if the final cost met your budget until all the tedious steps were done). While with kitchenreface.com, what you see online is exactly the same as what you get (we didn’t even order the sample door!) and you knew the price instantly after you count the number of your doors and drawers.
We were very pleased with the look and the quality of your products and the fact that we have saved at least $2000-$3000 by using your products and doing all the work by ourselves without having to hire anybody. All the doors and drawers fit perfectly and our new kitchen has got so many compliments from our friends and relatives and even the contractor who did the backsplash for us asked where we bought such elegant cabinets.
All in all, we are so happy with your products and are considering ordering more to reface our bathroom cabinets in the near future!
“We went from the 1980s to 2013.”
We ordered just one door and one drawer front and a couple of different knobs and handles to see if they would work. Then we ordered the whole kitchen. We went from the 1980s to 2013 for about $20,000 less than the estimate for resurfacing from Home Depot! There was enough brown in the doors to let us decide to not paint or laminate the existing cupboards. The 34 doors took about 5 hours. The drawers longer. We are very satisfied with the results.
“I am happy with the results and saving over $2000!”
I received 2 quotes for refacing my kitchen. One was $4500 and the other was $5200. This was not in my budget. I found Kitchen Reface and decided to go with them since the refacing process is the exact same that the “professionals” were going to do. I ordered 2 sample doors before placing my order to make sure the colors and styles were what I wanted. For just under $2000, I received all my doors, veneer, hinges, molding and handles. The items arrived quickly and were very well packaged. No damage on any of the pieces.
I also purchased a gallon of the paint to paint the inside strip of the cabinet frame. This way, when the doors are open, the wood frame color matches the veneer. I took my time installing the pieces and now I am happy with the results and saving over $2000!
“Smooth Project – Believe I Saved 80%”
I checked out KitchenReface.com when I was looking on the web for a reasonably priced way to replace or reface an outdoor kitchen area. I’m handy but have little experience with cabinetry. I found the web site instruction simple, and I especially found the method of ordering and the ability to save my project extremely helpful. The order and shipment process went smoothly, and all items were received exactly as I expected. In this project I used new Berkshire cabinet doors, new Berkshire side and bottom panels for the upper cabinets, and Berkshire paint for all the faces.
This was about two days solid work, but there was a fair amount of cabinet “fixing” and some face replacement as part of that. I went back and looked at another project I had contracted through a local home improvement store, I believe it was about five times the price of doing it myself using kitechenreface.com.
“We saved thousands of dollars”
The quality of the workmanship on the doors was outstanding considering the competitive price. The veneer was also excellent and matched the new doors perfectly. Doors were packed very carefully and arrived in perfect condition.
Your product was extremely easy to work with and gave us a great summer project to improve our apartment. Living in Manhattan, the cost of doing even a small remodel would not have been cheap. We saved thousands of dollars by using your product and installing ourselves.
I highly recommend your product to others looking to freshen up their kitchens and baths.
“Your entire process is first class”
When I was searching the internet for “cabinet door replacements” I came across your company. The website was excellent and after reviewing the video, I called the company to get a few questions I had answered. Your customer service people, and I spoke to two of them, Becky and Stacy, were fantastic. They were able to answer all of my questions. They didn’t hesitate to provide guidance and helpful comments, which gave me confidence to go ahead with the re-modeling of our cabinet doors.
The ordering process was easy after the measurements were taken. Your easy “walk through the order” website was easy to do and not difficult to follow. The doors shipped in about four weeks and we took our time to get them up correctly over two half days. They are beautiful and we are extremely pleased with everything. We priced out entire new cabinets from three local dealers and they all ran about $12,000, which was a budget buster for us.
We saved a lot of money, about $10,000, by keeping the existing framework and just redoing the doors. The money we saved was used for new granite counter tops, as well as painting and flooring for the entire kitchen area. Our painter saw the doors up, along with a realtor and relatives and friends and all were very impressed with the quality and detail of the color and style we selected.
One more comment. I was in manufacturing for 30 years as a marketing representative. I knew quality when I saw it and commented to my wife how professional I thought your entire process was. Starting from website, to accurate production time, to customer service, to shipping, your entire process is first class and ranks very high for hitting 100% of customer satisfaction in my book.
I’m looking forward to an “Open House” with our new neighbors and friends and I’m sure many of them are going to want to make changes to their nine year old kitchens with the original cabinets.
Thanks – an excellent product.
“It exceeded my expectations”
I am a contractor and I was looking for a product to reface a kitchen that I was bidding on. I was a little skeptical that the product was not going to be up to my standards, as I have never ordered this kind of product on line before. I have to say it exceeded my expectations!
I would say, by using your products in lieu of removing and replacing all cabinets with new, the owner saved approximately $8,000.
I am very happy with your product and will use your service again!
“I truly love my kitchen now! Thanks!”
This was one of the best products I’ve used! I am very pleased with the finished results.
I recently had granite counter tops installed, loved the granite but it made my cupboards look old. I decided on having a reface done on the doors, but the estimates were ridiculous. My estimates ranged from $5,000-6,000 just to replace the door and reface the frames. I ran across Kitchen Reface online, and decided to give it a try.
I am so glad I did, because not only did I save $4,000 – 5,000, I received well packaged deliveries and a product that I am proud of.
I truly love my kitchen now! Thanks!
“A kitchen that she will really be proud of.”
The final results of this project were beyond our expectations! I placed an order on November 15, 2013 and we received the shipment exactly on the promised delivery date. I had placed the order for my daughter Sue, for her newly purchased townhouse.
Her original thoughts were to replace the kitchen cabinets… until she found that the cost was beyond the budget she had set for this move. While searching the internet she found the Kitchen Reface website and decided on the Berkshire style and color.
When the shipment arrived we were very pleased with the quality of the material, color, and finish.
My son Dan, who is a self employed carpenter, did the work of replacing the cabinet and drawer fronts. He was very pleased with the ease of the replacement work. He began with removal of the old fronts, and used the paint to cover the parts of the old cabinets which would continue to be visible. The paint matched perfectly! He returned the next day and completed replacing ALL of the cabinet and drawer fronts. He does a lot of redecorating work and he plans to recommend Kitchen Reface to his future customers for their kitchens.
The total cost was $1,745… much, much less expensive, not to mention the time and hard work eliminated, than with a total cabinet replacement project.
With the savings Sue was able to upgrade to granite counter tops to complete the look that she envisioned for her new kitchen. So, Sue will be enjoying her new home with a kitchen that she will really be proud of thanks to Kitchen Reface.
“Thousands of dollars lower than any other option.”
I investigated a number of options for refacing my kitchen cabinets and found KitchenReface along the way. I ordered some sample doors from several vendors and was very impressed with the quality of KitchenReface’s samples. Moreover, the total cost of materials from KitchenReface to re-veneer the original frames and replace twenty-nine doors and four drawer fronts (around $2,200) was thousands of dollars lower than any other option.
I have had quite a lot of experience remodeling over the years, and I did not expect to be done in just a few days. In fact, it took me about three weeks of more or less full-time work to finish the project because I spent a lot of time getting the PSA veneer just right and because the kitchen has a lot of corners and angles as well as two lazy-susan cabinets, which are a little tricky to do. But the kitchen now looks bright and fresh, and my wife is very happy with it!
I would certainly recommend KitchenReface to anyone interested in doing such a project. It does take time, but if one works carefully, the result will be well worth the effort.
“I saved $20,000!”
Kitchen Reface was a pleasure to do business with. I was able to get everything we needed to match including the kithen cabinet doors, drawer fronts, paint, knobs, and pulls all in one place. Before using KR I had received two estimates to reface my large kitchen with 25 cabinets and 6 drawers. With KR and the help of my handyman I saved $20,000! My old kitchen was 22 years old and was falling apart. The project took about a week and the cost was under $5k including labor and now we have a new kitchen. Thank you.
“Just like you advertise!”
I can’t believe how beautiful these door and drawer fronts are. I didn’t think I would ever be able to afford having my kitchen redone. After receiving quotes to install new cabinets I resigned to the fact that euro cabinets from 1980 would be what I would have to live with unless I won the lottery. With kitchen reface I did! Look at my kitchen now. I love it! The ordering process was easy. The paint came early enough so I could paint the cabinet faces before the doors came. The doors came when you said they would and they were well wrapped with no damage. It truly took one weekend to install. The best part—the money I saved! I will and have already recommended your web site to my friends and family. Thank you, thank you.
“The best decision we ever made.”
Replacing 20 year old Kitchen cabinets was cost prohibitive for us. We decided to just replace the cabinet doors and drawer fronts using existing hardware. After extensive research locally and on the internet, decided to use kitchenreface. That was the best decision we ever made. We went with the Berkshire, which had a solid wood frame pre-painted. We also ordered matching paint for the cabinet frame facing. From the start of order to delivery kitchenreface kept us informed and the status was available on their website.
“We love the new look and this is a great product for the DYI’er.”
My bathroom was 16 years old and original to the house we had built. We were tired of the all white bathroom look and I started to shop around for new darker wood cabinets. My old cabinet doors were laminate over particle board. This was going to be a DYI job so cost was important. Pricing for new cabinets was 2X compared to what the refacing cost PLUS I did not have to demo the old cabinets and mess with the plumbing. The product was first class and the results were better than I expected. We love the new look and this is a great product for the DYI’er.

“We were very impressed with the quality…”
We love our new kitchen! We went to a home show and talked to some dealers who did refacing and were shocked at the “ballpark” price of $3000 – $5000. We decided to do the job ourselves and, after doing our homework, chose Kitchen Reface. We had no experience with this type of project whatsoever so we were kind of nervous. It took us two days – day one was painting the trim and on day two, we hung the doors and faced the drawers. We estimate that we did the job for less than $1200! We were very impressed with the quality of the product and would recommend Kitchen Reface to anyone. Thank you!
“A piece of cake to install…”
I ordered your doors and drawer faces, in about 3 weeks they showed up. They are of impeccable quality, I couldn’t ask for any better. Your instructions for measurements and hinges were easy to follow and everything fit like a glove. They were a piece of cake to install because everything fit so well. I never thought we could make our kitchen looks so good for so little. The pictures speak for themselves. Thank you for a great product for us “do-it-yourselfers”.
“The final product is beautiful!”
My kitchen cabinets were in good shape and they were solid maple. However, they were twelve years old and starting to yellow from exposure to the hot Florida sun. I wanted a change. But, I was not sure what I wanted to spend or how much mess I wanted to deal with. I obtained some estimates for painting and refacing that seemed overly expensive. The high cost of the estimates encouraged me to look online for ideas. I have basic handyman skills and home owner type tools so I thought a DIY might be the answer.
When I found KitchenReface’s web site, the answer to my question on kitchen improvement became clear. I ordered a sample door. It was higher quality and more beautiful than I expected. I did not want to work with veneer so I ordered a quart of paint.
The match with door was remarkable. I ordered twenty-six doors, five drawer fronts, and five lengths of crown moulding.
The entire project took about five days. That time included emptying twenty-six cabinets and removing the doors as well as the crown moulding. The final product is beautiful! I have two friends who work in the housing industry and they were blown away by the quality and the look of my reface project. One word of caution. If you plan to install crown moulding, you may want some experienced help. I have a good friend with excellent skills and excellent equipment who helped with the moulding.
The rest is easy. I now plan to do my bathrooms!!!
“We are delighted with the new kitchen…”
Our cabinet boxes were in good shape, and we loved the styles on your website. The sample cabinet was of excellent quality, so we went ahead and ordered a kitchen full of doors, panels and cabinets. Everything arrived in beautiful shape, with no problems, and earlier than promised. We are delighted with the new kitchen, and saved thousands achieving a luxurious look. Total cost for new kitchen with granite, cabinet doors and appliances was less than $10,000. The match on the cabinets with the existing custom Sub-zero fridge was a happy coincidence that saved us the cost of a new refrigerator and dishwasher. My husband is very handy, so the installation was a piece of cake and took less than one day.
“Replacing the doors and drawer fronts was the perfect low cost solution.”
After researching many different re-facing companies on the web I settled on KR because they had the best informational website of any of the others. Everything was clearly laid out, the video added a level of comfort that showed me that with my average “hammer and saw” abilities that I could do this. Our newly purchased condo had the original 30 year old cabinet fronts. But, the cabinet interiors were in very good shape and we did not need to re-position any of the cabinets. Replacing the doors and drawer fronts was the perfect low cost solution. We decided to do the kitchen, guest bathroom and master bathroom. Measuring and re-measuring was the most critical part. Ordering and entering measurements on the website was easy.
Everything was delivered in just a few short weeks right to the door. In the end, I only made a mistake on one piece that was meant to be used as a panel in front of an under the counter light. With my limited skill that was not bad considering all the pieces I ordered. End panels went on with very little problem and the veneer, while it can be tricky, didn’t present any major problems and really finished off the project nicely. After adding new cabinets under a counter I ordered four more doors and a new re-sized panel. In the end the total cost was under $3000. This was truly the way to go on a project of this type. Everyone who sees the results just cannot believe it.
“Very impressed with the quality…”
The simple fact that someone with no experience (my husband and I were a little cautious) can turn around the kitchen, speaks volumes! We are not finished, but just wanted to give you a glimpse of how its coming! Very impressed with the quality and the quick turn around in ordering. Thumbs up for KitchenReface!
“The quality is superb…”
KitchenReface is a real alternative to a full kitchen remodel that would have cost 4 or 5 times as much!!! Everyone who has seen it thinks we have installed a new kitchen.
The quality is superb and the shipping department take massive amounts of time to package all items without any damage. My wife and I could not be happier.
It does take a little longer than a weekend. The veneer is the hardest part and requires lots of patience, but it is worth the outcome to take the time to get it right. Make sure you use lots of new high quality blades, sand the edges afterwards and use the staining pen to blend the edges to the finish color. I also added soft close dampers to all the doors also worth the effort.
We replaced 32 doors, 17 Drawers, new dishwasher, new 18 bottle wine fridge, New under-mount stainless sink, 83 Sq Ft of Granite with veins of quartz for under $10,000!! We are now putting the house on the market and am looking forward to completing a similar project in our next house.
“Amazing quality with a great price.”
Amazing quality with a great price. I recently purchased this home and wanted an immediate cabinet change. The process with kitchen reface was fast and easy. The shipping of my materials was perfect. Everything was handled with extreme care when packed and shipped. This project took me (1 person) about four and half days broken up over two months.
Quality product you won’t regret.
“I was very happy with both the service and the quality.”
This project was done in 4 phases: vanity, each of 2 baths, and then the kitchen. Each phase was coordinated with new counters, sinks, faucets, hardware, lighting, and outlets.
Everything came well packaged and exactly as measured. Color was consistent through 4 separate orders (each of 3 baths/vanities, and the kitchen) over the course of 8 months. All hardware and cabinet parts went in easily and straight. Very good communications from kitchenreface.com throughout the process and no issues.
Measuring carefully is key. Measure at least 3 times to get it exact. Enclosed paint sticks/touch up paint was useful after installation. Was able to match paint exactly for other trim.
I have recommended kitchenreface.com to others as I was very happy with both the service and the quality.
“It came out more beautiful than we could ever imagine.”
We absolute loved using Kitchen Reface to give our kitchen a desperately needed makeover. Home improvement stores were quoting us almost ten thousand dollars to reface our cabinets, while kitchenreface.com allowed us to do it for a fraction of the price. It took only one weekend and it came out more beautiful than we could ever imagine. We have increased the value of our house and get to enjoy a beautiful up to date kitchen all thanks to kitchenreface.com. We would do it again and tell everyone we know that we completely reccomend this company 100%! Every cabinet arrived perfectly sized and precise so installation was a breeze. Thank you Kitchen Reface!
“I saved money and they look great!”
This has been an on again off again kitchen remodel that I started several years ago. I tore out the red kitchen carpet and started to tear out the corner built in oven and fake brick facade around the range, but I wasn’t sure which direction to go with the cabinets, they were solid but dated. Finally I decided to keep on budget I would use the cabinet boxes and reface them, but even doing that was a budget buster until I found Kitchen Reface.
I choose to go with the painted doors and drawer fronts after getting a sample from Kitchen Reface, the quality was there and hinges were already drilled, which was a real time saver. I was pretty nervous about getting all the correct measurements for the door and drawer fronts, so I double checked everything several times. Just to show the savings by using Kitchen Reface, my double doors on the pantry are 79 inches tall, other refacing companies I checked wanted over 600 dollars for the 2 doors, by using the Kitchen Reface system of using 2 doors fasten together with dowels, I saved almost 400 dollars, and they look great! All the doors and drawer fronts came packaged very well and were spot on dimensionally.
“Good quality, and no problems with the fit.”
I did a fix-and-flip project last year, which was a nice “grandma’s house”. I wanted to keep the character of the house, but make it appealing to today’s buyer. The Berkshire style doors worked out great – good quality, and no problems with the fit. I used the matching paint to paint all of the cabinetry, inside and out. It was a lot of work, but the oil-based paint provides a really excellent tough-as-nails finish. I felt good about retaining the existing cabinets, which were in good shape. And I was able to afford granite countertops to finish off the kitchen. I did all of the cabinet work myself, and left the countertops to the experts. (And I even made money on the house!)
“I can’t say enough good things about this company.”
Having never done this before we were concerned about tackling this job. However, after watching many YouTube videos we decided to venture forward. I searched the web for product and found many of the resurface sites very confusing and expensive. KR’s site was not. In fact, I found it very clear and directly to the point.
My wife and I selected a finish and placing the order was a breeze. The product arrived exceptionally packaged so we were on our way. I took my time and cut and installed a piece of the psa and was so tickled with how easy it was we immersed our selves in the job and in a few hours found most of the cabinet faces done. I needed to order another roll of the PSA so that held me up. Should have ordered it in the first place rather than trying to save a couple of bucks. Once that arrived I finished the faces and the next day installed the doors and the following day the handles. The following week the counters were installed and my wife and I installed the back splash. (a much tougher job than the cabinet faces)
I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were very responsive, clear as a bell and delivered a wonderful, high quality products. Thanks guy’s. Next onto the the baths where we plan to reface the vanities.
“I will swear by this company and their product.”
I bought my first home roughly 16 months ago. It was built in the 1970′s. I renovated everything but the kitchen because I knew that kitchen cabinets would cost $8,000-$14,000. One day I stumbled upon kitchenreface.com and watched their tutorial video. From that point I was sold. I measured all my cabinet doors and drawers twice and wrote down all of my measurements. From that point I plugged my dimensions into the website user friendly online store. It’s simple and easy to use. For $1500 I refaced my cabinets and brought my home to 2014. I could not be more happy with the ease, quality, and craftsmanship of the doors. I will swear by this company and their product. A+++ I have roughly 10 hours total in the entire project including measuring.
“It looks like a brand new kitchen”
We decided to reface our dated cabinets with good solid bases. We have no prior knowledge of your company, nor did we have any recommendation. We simply choose you with the help of our contractor off from the Internet.
Our contractor and my husband were amazed at the timely shipping and the quality of the paint and doors. Our contractor is a local builder with 20 plus years experience and he was hesitant at the idea of refacing. After this experience, he is excited to recommend this to more of his clients.
It took him two days to install the doors and paint. We also bought the decorative molding and he installed crown moulding up above that. It literally looks like we gutted our kitchen and installed a brand new one. Our total cost with extras like a new above the range microwave and labor was just over $3000.
I am writing of this experience as a business owner myself. Mostly, I tend to hear complaints over compliments. People aren’t as forthcoming with pointing out a job well done. Between the two properties, we have had more improvement projects to count and none have compared to the smoothness of this one. There was no damage, nothing to return or replace and as I said, the shipping was exactly three weeks from the time of purchase.
Thank you for a wonderful experience,
“I love my new kitchen”
I’ve needed a kitchen makeover for a little while, but it was just not in the budget. Both my sisters made their kitchens over and I just knew it was time to do mine. I got about 3 estimates for 10K+ which I guess is pretty standard, however they were not replacing the cabinets they were just replacing the doors. I thought 10k was a bit high, I found Kitchen reface and decided to do it myself and I must to say I love my new kitchen and the best part is I did it myself. With the money I save I bought a new stove!
“KitchenReface products were superb!”
I have never done a kitchen reface in my life, and I am not a carpenter, but I am an engineer. I follow directions closely, measure 3 times, and mentally walk through the process in advance. I decided to take on a project after seeing your great instructional videos.
I started with a small bath to get some experience, and if I made a mistake, it would not have been a costly one. I just finished yesterday and the wife is over-joyed. No mistakes, looks beautiful with nice soft-close drawers and doors.
Now onto my next bigger bath, and then finally to the kitchen where we are excited to get rid of old ugly white-painted cabinets.
Of over 6 companies (and related web sites) I visited, KitchenReface was the best organized, easy to follow and order, the pricing is simple to calculate, and good pricing relative to competitors.
Lastly, KitchenReface products were SUPERB! Perfectly made. I was also surprised by the fabulous packing of the products so no chance of damaging anything.
Overall, no problems and we are glad we found you. It looks like I am going to save about 65% on the cost of refacing several cabinets by doing it myself as compared to many quotes from professional refacing companies, even after buying a custom cutting tool and supplies.
“Your product was the perfect solution.”
Our dark oak vanity was worn out looking and really never matched the style of our bathroom. The problem was that it was “locked in” by ceramic tile that was used throughout the entire bathroom and could not be replaced. We also were worried about damaging the marble top that was still in good shape. Your product was the perfect solution for us.
We were able to have a new vanity without worrying about damage and also not having to do remodeling. The doors and drawer fronts were received in perfect condition and the measurements were exactly as ordered. We painted the frame and the paint matched the doors exactly in color and sheen. We ordered a mitered end panel which gave the job a very classy and professional look. If we had known how easy this was we would have done it earlier. We now have a vanity that enhances the rest of the bathroom and are completely satisfied with the finished product.
“Installation was easy!”
We built our home 10 years ago and our master bath looked old and needed a facelift. When I came upon KitchenReface, we decided to give it a try and give our bathroom a new look. We had not previous experience in doing this kind of work and at first were apprehensive. The ordering process, delivery, condition of the doors and all involved were very satisfying.
The installation was easy and the end result is one to be proud of. Our friends are very impressed with the quality and upgraded look. We highly recommend your company to anyone who wants to tackle this kind of project.
“The end result is beautiful!”
My husband and I purchased a 1971 split level fixer-upper about 5 years ago. We have been renovating as we go—on a tight budget. The main bath and the kitchen are the original custom built cabinets, solid wood but very outdated. We have talked a lot about the best way to renovate the kitchen, but the cost of new cabinetry is quite high even if we do the work ourselves. I am also opposed to ripping out the solid wood, custom-built cabinetry.
I started researching reface options and came across this site. I descided to start small and reface the bathroom cabinet before I tackled the kitchen. This site was so much better than other companies! I used the how-to section and the checklist, and built my order step-by-step. I used the clayton doors and 1/2″ overhang hinges (love the soft close!) as well as the PSA veneer. I worked on the bath cabinet for about a week, in between job and kid activities. It was all very easy to install and the end result is beautiful! I learned a lot about the process and will apply the leasons when we reface the kitchen next year! I will absolutely use KitchenReface for that project too!
“The quality of your products is excellent!”
I can’t say enough about how well everything turned out on re-facing cabinets in our three bathrooms.
You should be proud of your company. Questions to customer service were answered quickly and your personnel are very knowledgeable.
The quality of your products is excellent, and everything arrived in perfect shape and exactly as ordered. Doors were very well packed, and everything arrived in perfect shape.
I didn’t expect the extras, like touch paint and touch crayon, starter holes on the door hinges, extra screws for the doors. I could go on and on.

“It’s a no-brainer!”
We wanted to improve the dated look of our cabinets all over the house, which has 20 year old styles. Not being sure of how this would turn out, I took up doing just one of our bathrooms. Evident from the pictures, it turned out great and I can’t wait to do the same for rest of our cabinets. For this one medium sized bathroom vanity, the cost came in at about $500 (including all accessories). It was a little on the higher side because of the 4 door configuration.
Our next projects would be to do our master bath, a linen closet and the kitchen. We had someone from a home improvement store come out and give us a quote for just refacing the kitchen cabinets, and the quote came in at $14000. With Kitchenreface.com, the projected cost of material is $2800. With this quality and relative ease of DIY installation, it’s a no-brainer.
Thank you Kitchenreface.com for great products at such affordable prices. Can’t wait to see how gorgeous our home would look after finishing up all the cabinets!
“Half the price!”
After pricing many bathroom vanities, my husband found Kitchen Reface. We were able to redo 2 bathrooms for half the price with this company. After measuring the existing cabinets, we ordered the wood veneer, doors, and drawer fronts. They arrived in the time frame that was stated. There was obvious time taken to custom make each product sent to us. The packing of the products was even impressive.
My husband worked on the cabinets for a couple of hours in the evening and it took about a week to install all elements of the 2 vanities and matching floor trim. A sharp cutting utensil with gloves is very helpful with the veneer. He also changed out the faucets and applied a fresh coat of paint to one of the bathrooms. In the end, our new cabinets feel and look like custom new vanities that would have cost at least twice as brand new. In the end, we avoided ripping out perfectly good oak wood cabinets, that simply needed to be updated. Thank you, thank you!
“The results were just amazing!”
We wanted to update our kitchen but the cost of new cabinets ($10-$15,000) was prohibitive. I found your website, was pretty satisfied with what I read, and decided to test it out on a small powder room first. The results were just amazing and we only spent about $180. We immediately decided to do our entire kitchen and selected the Hawthorne line as our new look. The total cost of the kitchen project was $2,992. The material arrived in six boxes on Wednesday afternoon and by Friday morning (1.5 days) all installation was complete. The job was super easy to do and all of the pieces were fabricated exactly to my original specifications. KR did a fantastic job in fabrication, packaging and shipping. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the new look. The money we saved over buying new cabinets was used to purchase new appliances and a new granite counter top which is scheduled for installation next week. Thanks KR for your great products and for giving us the new look we wanted. We are recommending KR to all of our friends who are interested in possibly doing the same thing. It should be a win for everyone!
— Larry K
“We are thrilled with the results!”
We wanted to update our kitchen but didn’t want to go through a full tear out and rebuild as the cabinet frames were solid, so we decided to reface them. It cost us around $2400 for the cabinets, which was about 1/3 of all new. The materials arrived in excellent condition and it took several nights and weekends to complete. We are thrilled with the results! We still have to replace the counter tops with granite and install new lighting and appliances. We had one door warp a little more than tolerable and the customer service was fantastic! They had a replacement on its way in just a few days. Overall, we are pleased with the product and customer service. I would highly recommend Kitchen Reface.
“Our Friends Could Not Believe It!”
We’ve been in our house for 27 years and it was time for a re face. I
was quoted thousands more so decided to give KR a try. We sent away
for the sample and I could not believe the quality of the cabinets.
They are absolutely beautiful and pictures cannot do it any justice.
After placing the entire kitchen order around $2500 the paint came
first. This gave us plenty of time to paint all the trim before the
cabinets came. The shipment arrived beautifully. Packing was great and
we were thrilled. This was a super easy process and we love how it
absolutely transformed our entire kitchen. I feel like I moved to a
brand new house. We ended up putting in a new apron sink and took our
sample piece to cover the area we needed to trim it out. I just can’t
say enough about this process and the money savings. If you have any
hesitation…don’t…you will be absolutely amazed at the process and
the beautiful cabinets you will have at completion.
“Beautiful product with a low price.”
My kitchen cabinet doors were worn out and the finish was peeling. I compared prices for completely replacing the cabinets and refacing them at major hardware stores. Both of these prices exceeded $15,000. I then found this website and found the beautiful cabinet doors. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and can not believe the cost was only $3,000. I then hired a carpenter to do the molding at the top as well as the sides of the cabinets which were exposed. The carpenter matched the stain on the sides of the cabinets and it looks gorgeous. The carpenter expense was approx. $2,500. Total length of time was approx. 1 week. Before and after pictures are attached below. The before picture is the light silver maple cabinets. The after is the darker cherry cabinets. Thank you kitchen reface!
“Pleased with the result.”
We moved into our house in September. It is 20 years old and we decided the kitchen and master bath needed to be brought up to date. We tackled the kitchen first and put in new cabinets, counter, appliances and floors. We were shocked by the prices, especially the price of the cabinets, which was the biggest expense. After completing the kitchen, the budget we allocated for both projects was almost used up. We did not have enough left for new bathroom cabinets and faucets.
I found your website and although we were very skeptical about the outcome, we ordered cabinet door and drawer fronts for our master bath. The quality, appearance and relative ease of installation amazed us. We are so pleased with the result, we have already ordered door and drawer fronts for the small bathroom off the pool. We are totally satisfied with your professional service, the quality of the manufacturing and the accuracy of the information on shipping-the order arrived exactly when you said it would. It is not often we are totally pleased with a product or service today, so my sincere thanks to your company!
“Couldn’t be happier!”
Product was very high quality and simple to install. Kitchen Reface was top notch from the quality of their product to their customer service. Installation questions were answered promptly and accurately through email. Doors showed up on schedule and very well packaged. The doors, moldings and hardware cost under $2,000. Thanks to Kitchen reface I was able to remodel the entire kitchen for around $8,000, including appliances. Highly recommend!
“Reface instead of replace.”
Our kitchen was looking tired after 42 years. We thought about replacing the cabinets until we came across the website for Kitchen Reface. After reading the website and watching the videos we decided to reface rather than replace. The online order, which included 20 doors, 11 drawers, 4 end panels, crown molding, Berkshire paint, hinges, pulls and handles, was easy to place. The order came in a timely manner. Everything was well protected and identified. There was a flaw in the wood of the crown molding. The new crown molding was shipped with a week at no additional cost. Kitchen Reface stands behind their product. The quality of everything was excellent. The cost was less than we anticipated, especially for the high quality and service. Installation was very easy on the doors and drawers, especially after viewing the online video. It feels like a new kitchen and we are pleased we just happened across the kitchenreface.com website.

“Awesome DIY service!”
You guys provide an awesome service for any do it yourselfer. I was able to transform my kitchen for a fraction of the cost and with little work since I only had to paint the cabinet bases to match the doors and drawers. I will definitely keep kitchen reface.com in mind if I ever need to remodel again and have already suggested you to my friends and family.
“My wife loves it.”
Just completed my kitchen remodel. When I ordered I maximized the door/drawer sizes to cover as much of the face frame as possible, in most cases I only had 1/4 inch between doors. I used your matching paint for the face frames and I am very pleased with the outcome. I also purchased some cabinet doors to use as end panels and they really improved the project appearance. I also used the pressure sensitive laminates to redo a desk top and some other areas. The laminates were a great match to the Hawthorne drawers. In short I started with that outdated golden oak and for $3700 ended up with a new kitchen. I would definitely recommend this approach. Just one warning, my wife says the kitchen looks so good she now wants me to do the upstairs linen closet.
“Nothing beats my wife’s smile.”
The wife and I are greatly pleased with the final result of our kitchen refacing project. I recall the wife’s first comment about 4 months ago when I suggested to reface our bath and kitchen cabinets and do it myself because we had sticker shock from 5 different quotes by local refacing companies. The wife’s hesitant comment was “Honey, you’re an engineer, not a cabinet maker. I’m worried we will spend a lot of money and have it not look good.” Well, for once in 27 years, the husband was right this time. The result was fantastic.
Our cabinets were the builder’s old spray-painted white coatings. They didn’t look bad from a distance, but up close they were showing the 20 years of cracked, scuffed wear, and we were tired of the old white look. It didn’t really match our nice granite counters. We wanted to update everything with soft close hinges and a darker real-wood finish.
When searching for companies to supply our products, there were many to choose from, but KitchenReface.com had the best combination of easy ordering, good selection, apparent good quality, great reviews, and best of all, the pricing was in our budget. I liked that the doors were all the same price regardless of size. With other companies, they had a complex method of cost per square foot or other methods that lead us to not knowing how much it would cost until we calculated everything. And when we did, it was more costly than Kitchen Reface.
As strongly advised on the web site, we carefully measured our cabinet openings, panels, etc. It was easier to put all the measurements in a spreadsheet for comparison and tracking. We checked the measurements 3 times and glad we did because we found mistakes on some items that would have resulted in wrong door sizes. When we ordered the doors and supplies, they came very well wrapped and protected. It was the best and safest packaging I ever saw in a shipped product. Everything was perfect and fit exactly as ordered.
The more time consuming part of the project was putting on the PSA material to do the refacing. The online videos were very helpful and important. I bought a special cutting tool online that saved a lot of time and trouble. Once I got started and after a couple of hours practice, the progress moved along very quickly. The whole kitchen project took me 28 work hours which is pretty good considering there were 30 doors and lots of PSA to be installed. I suggest you order a sample door before your project so you can make sure the color is what you want and to see the great quality of the door.
Thanks to KitchenReface.com for providing good information and products. After all was done, we saved $11,000 on our kitchen project by doing it ourselves. Nothing beats the smile of a happy wife in her new kitchen!
“We saved $10,000!”
After a lot of shopping and comparing prices we ordered your cabinet doors, drawer fronts, molding (upper and lower) and a glass insert door from your sister site of raw doors. The measurements were exactly as ordered, on time and packaged and delivered without any problems. Would highly recommend your products and the service you provide. Ordered the hinges and cabinet pulls as well. My husband did the installation and we are delighted with the result. We did the project for $2500 and saved 10,000 ordering from you and doing it ourselves.
Our experience with kitchenreface.com was phenomenal! Our home is 50 years old and the kitchen cabinets are original. We ordered the Berkshire with Vintage Cotton finish doors and drawers. Measuring for these was simple and the order was delivered timely as promised. We followed the simple steps for painting the cabinet frames and installing the doors with self-closing hinges. Our kitchen looks so professionally done that during a recent home tour of our home I had many requests for your website. I was even asked if they could hire me to transform their kitchen! Our kitchen cabinets were exquisitely transformed for under $2,000. My son will be using your product as well in the near future to upgrade their kitchen!
“Wow! Very easy experience.”
My condo was built in 1985 and has original outdated cabinets. Not knowing if I have the skill set to handle the reface of my kitchen cabinets by my self, I figured I would try and tackle something smaller first and see how that worked out. I have a large cabinet outside the kitchen which I decided to fix up . . . Wow! The entire project cost around $600. It was very easy to complete! I have just ordered the doors, drawers, and molding for my kitchen. I cant wait!
“Would highly reccomend!”
We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen! My husband and I completed the entire project on our own. We chose to paint the cabinet facings and are very pleased with the outcome. My husband and I are not home remodelers, but I do have some experience painting. Our entire project cost us around $2000 and we figured a cost of at least $15,000 to have someone come out and replace cabinets. The time we have invested was an entire day to remove old doors/hang new doors. In addition to this I would estimate another entire day to paint the cabinet facings. I would guess it is 2 weekends worth of work with giving the paint the week in between time to dry/harden.
We were also very pleased with the quality of the product and the turn around time for ordering. We would highly recommend this product to anyone!
“A tremendous success!”
As the before and after photos will reveal, our kitchen makeover with the products available at Kitchen Reface has been a tremendous success. Moving on from a dated look to one that is more modern has been one of the best experiences in this household, and we are wildly ecstatic with the results. Best of all, we spent 1/4 of the price that refacing companies had quoted (I also learned to use a drill which is about all the skills you need). We will definitely be recommending your firm to anyone who mentions the need to remodel a kitchen on a less than astronomical budget. Your quick response to all of our questions was indicative of your high degree of professionalism and customer service. You deserve commendations for making this a pleasant experience.
“Affordable and simple!”
The kitchen looks better than we could have ever imagined! It was a small project in a studio condo and the doors from KitchenReface.com made it affordable and simple. Measuring and ordering was simple. We choose the dover style doors and everything was less than $1000! Everything came exactly the right size and quicker than expected. The hinges were easy to install and we love that they are slow close. Having doors that were already finished made the whole project a snap and drastically changed the way the space looks.
“I have recommended your product.”
I absolutely love my new cabinets! They were easy to install and the paint matched perfectly! I have always wanted cream cabinets, and now I have them at a fraction of the cost for new cabinets. They arrived earlier than scheduled and in excellent condition. I have recommended your product to many people already!
“Our friends and neighbors were blown away!”
We have been updating our kitchen in small stages. First thing we changed were the stainless appliances, and second stage we put down granite counter tops. Lastly, we needed to update cabinets, but how to do this was the question! We did lots of research on the internet and finally found “Kitchen Reface” and ordered the “Hawthorne” style door and drawer fronts. While the cabinets were being built, we stained the styles to match the sample door that we had ordered. We received our order in a timely manner, and the installation took only one day to complete. You will see from the photos that our kitchen transformation took on a completely different look and it is very beautiful. Our friends and neighbors were blown away when they saw our new kitchen. We are very pleased!
“Improving the Man Cave!”
I was looking to update my man cave, which until now look more like a mother-in-law suite, in large part due to the old all white cabinets that were in place. So I decided to replace the doors and resurface the exposed areas of the cabinets. A few hours later and a new coat of paint on the walls and I have a brand new room! And just for fun I tried applying the PSA on top of my existing mini-fridge. And now it looks like I have a brand new high end custom built in fridge.
“DIY Made Easy!”
My husband and I found a little gem of a house that we could afford as a vacation cottage, but it needed a lot of work. We have no construction experience. Oh sure, I’ve used a screwdriver or a drill bit here and there to hang a curtain rod or some blinds, but not much more than that. But DIY was the only way we could afford to redo the place, and after looking into it at the big box store, I decided to give this way a try. It took me a while to complete it since I can only work on the place periodically as we live in California (425 miles from our little cabin in Oregon). So the place is getting a makeover all over, and my kitchen is my favorite part of the house.
The doors and drawer faces went up very simply and smoothly in just a couple of hours, no problems and no hassles. Thank you so much for making such a wonderful product. It has brightened the whole room and looks just perfect. The paint you sold for painting the facing matched the pre-finished cabinets perfectly, and dried to a hard, durable finish that I’ve been wiping with a damp sponge to clean as necessary with no harmful results.
My husband also gets a kick out of the no-slam, slow-close hinges. So thanks again for helping me achieve just the results I wanted at about 25% of the price I would have paid for all new cabinets from the store with the orange aproned employees.
I have also ordered doors from your sister site, rawdoors.com, for the bedroom closet my spouse built in to a corner of the cabin. I have bragged about your site to everyone who comments on the dramatic kitchen redo, and I will be recommending your products from now on.
“We saved $6,000!”
I wanted to change my dark kitchen to a lighter look even though I had solid wood cherry cabinets. I ordered 31 doors and drawers after measuring carefully. The doors and drawers came in a few weeks and were custom made perfectly. We sanded, primed, sanded, painted two coats, allowed to dry thoroughly. We installed the doors then we had to make a face board for our drawers since mine were the stapled type. Then we installed the fronts and added the beautiful hardware. This project took us 7 days. It was such a savings instead of $8000.00 for reface professionally, we spent less than $2000.00. This is a project for someone who has a good DIY type person to help in tweaking things to fit. It was so worth it, I highly recommend KRF.
“We transformed our kitchen for only $2500!”
My wife and I bought our first house and loved the fact that the last owner had put in new granite countertops but we hated the old oak cabinets. We did a lot of shopping around and realized that if we wanted to save the old granite then kitchen refacing was our best option. We ordered a sample from you guys and thought that your Berkshire design looked great. With that as our baseline we went to the local home store and had a contractor come out to give us quotes. Kitchen reface was the cheapest and nicest option that allowed us to do a full overlay design with soft close hinges. We used our local contractor to build new drawer boxes and install soft close drawer slides and then ordered everything else from kitchenreface.com. We wanted to paint our cabinetry and liked that you offered matching paint to match the doors. We are not experts but were able to get a smooth finish with some sanding, a grain filler, and high density foam rollers to roll the paint onto the existing face frame. We mixed and matched hinge overlay’s to get an even 1/4″ spacing everywhere and the results are fantastic. Everyone that has seen our house is amazed that we transformed our kitchen for only $2500. Thanks!
“Our kitchen transformation was a success!”
We retired, moved from the cold, and bought our Florida condo as our permanent home. The kitchen was functional, but basic “vanilla” builder grade. I previously upgraded the lighting, faucet, appliances. This weekend – the cabinet doors and drawer fronts, easily the most dramatic renovation. KitchenReface products were beautiful and affordable and easy for me, a DIY handyman, to install. They arrived in a timely manner, wrapped and well-protected. In two days, preparation and installation were complete and our kitchen transformation was a success! I had ordered a sample door – we used it as a photo frame at the entrance to the kitchen. My wife LOVES the cabinet makeover. The kitchen is a comfortable package now . . . walls, countertop, floor (did not change any of those) – and our new cabinet fronts.
“Wow! What a difference!”
Wow! What a difference! My husband, who is fairly handy, and I totally changed the look of our kitchen and two bathrooms in our 10 year old home in about 2 weeks! The total project, including doors, drawer fronts, trim and handles came in under $4,000. We had received an estimate from two of the “big box” stores in the range of $15,000 for just the kitchen!
The quality of the materials was first rate! We choose the Berkshire doors/drawer fronts for the kitchen, which are even more beautiful installed than the great sample we received! The Wakefield doors/drawer fronts really refreshed the look of both bathrooms! We love that the profiles are the same throughout the home, but with finishes that make each room stand out!
We would highly recommend Kitchen Reface! Quality product, great packaging, fast delivery and outstanding customer service seem to be the hallmark of KR – much appreciated!!
Our kitchen looks amazing!”
We wanted an updated kitchen but did not want to replace all the cabinets, granite, etc. We looked into having the cabinets painted but the cost was about $7000 from a professional company. I then took the search to the internet and found kitchenreface.com. I ordered up a sample and then with some simple measuring and a free weekend, our kitchen looks amazing.
“A superior product!”
After getting an estimate to have our kitchen cabinets refaced, we decided to give a try at doing it ourselves. We had a GREAT experience refacing our kitchen cabinets and saved over $10,000. from the estimate. We refaced with the Berkshire Doors and Drawer Fronts. The paint was sent ahead of time allowing us to prepare the cabinets in advance of receiving the order. We still can’t believe how easy they were to install. Really updated an out of date kitchen and made everything look so nice. The experience we had prompted us to make a new order so that we could update the laundry room as well . . . Thank you so much for a superior product! We have recommended your company to several friends.
“Wish we could have done this years ago!”
We’re very happy about the new updated look to the kitchen! The oak cabinets from the ’80s had to go. We tried staining them darker but the grain still remained. It was a good experience to simply reface the cabinets. Wish we could have done this years ago! The toughest portion was figuring out what was the best/easiest alternative to the frame. Once we matched the color and painted the frames, we moved forward quickly. Installing the crown moulding, doors, drawer fronts and side panels were no problem at all.
Since this was our first time tackling such a project, it took us about three days to complete. We took our time with each phase starting with the frame and crown moulding. It looks like a brand new kitchen!
“Customer service was extremely helpful!”
Decided to go with KitchenReface because Becky in customer service was extremely helpful and, in answering all my many questions, made the installation fool proof. In addition, the workmanship of your product was above par and the cost came in at well under $600. I also appreciate the fact that you offer a $100 amazon card if I submit before and after pictures! As you can see, the pictures speak for themselves. The vanity looks amazing, and I will certainly spread the word about your company and product.
After having the kitchen cabinets painted prior to moving into our house (they were an awful mustard yellow), we decided to try refacing instead of replacement. The cost was so much less ($3000) than all new cabinets ($14,000). It was surprisingly easy—something nearly anyone can do. We are extremely pleased with the results and with the great customer service from KR.
“Absolutely in love with KR!”
We are absolutely in love with the Kitchen Reface product. After a few years of getting quotes and deciding that we would never be able to afford a kitchen remodel, we stumbled across the KitchenReface website and are beyond happy that we did! We received refacing quotes for 10k and above from other retailers and the quality of the product was not even close to the quality offered by KitchenReface. We chose the Berkshire style and were immediately amazed at the quality and detailing on the doors, drawers, and moldings. In total we spent less than 3k for doors, drawers, moldings, paint, cabinet pulls and all new hinges. We chose to paint our existing cabinet bases and install all new doors and drawers. We did not have our cabinets professionally painted or installed and this was a true DIY project and the result came out professional-grade. We even took a few ideas from other customer reviews and decided to install a bump out above our microwave. The results were beyond our expectations and are truly grateful that this product is offered to individuals and not just big retailers. Thank you again for a beautiful new kitchen!
“Friends think I put in an entirely new kitchen!”
Friends think I put in an entirely new kitchen!
I ordered Berkshire doors and drawer fronts. I needed 29 doors and 19 drawer fronts. I also ordered paint and all the necessary accessories. They came promptly. The product was well-packaged and beautifully made.
After 4 years, my kitchen still looks like new and I am thrilled with the overall project. I ordered and received two additional doors and the match is perfect with the existing kitchen. This was the easiest way I could imagine to have a new kitchen without all the hassle of tearing out and replacing cabinets.
One of my favorite areas are the end caps of all the cabinets where I ordered un-drilled doors to cover them. It gives a very custom look to the kitchen.
The cost was about $2500—a fraction of the prices I was quoted locally. Fortunately for me, my son did the installation for me. He said that Kitchen Reface’s precise measurements, drilling, and hinges made it easy.
Thank you for an excellent product!
“We loved the product so much, we bought more!”
My husband and I wanted to remodel our dated kitchen. We got quotes from Home Depot, Lowes, and a local cabinet resurfacing company—they were too expensive since we also wanted to install granite countertops. We started looking for alternatives to ripping out our existing cabinets.
Since we were unsure about using an online company, we decided to test the product out on the bathroom first. We loved the product so much that we ended up resurfacing our kitchen cabinets and laundry room.
The paint comes ahead of the cabinets. I was able to paint four coats of paint on the cabinet frame before the doors and drawer front arrived. The install was fast.
